Sat 28 nov.. i work from 3 to 11pm.. afternoon v busy.. MS SSI fail again!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! steve before work end.. see me.. asking why i din get full mark again... *&^%%$%^&&*(()... he thing i want de meh.. bunch of idiot mystery shopper!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! this few weeks all long queue in the afternoon.. also dunno if MS is inside anot.. if the MS is inside then the mystery shopper go and die lah!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!(**&^%£"!!"£$%%^^&.. long queue say 5NN.. behind queue customer give use white eyes they know?? say say say!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! manager din know anything.. all they know we have to score well for our MS grade!!!!!!!!!!!!! (*^$"!£%&*()).. angry sia!!!!!!!!!! i know regarding MS steve got give me many chance to improve.. but easy meh.. why not put a recorder then everything repeat.. easier ba!! idiot MYSTERY SHOPPER!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Sunday also dunno got MS anot.. stress.. got one temp staff ask her to convert to full time.. she say dun want.. better dun want.. coz will die faster due to MS grade!!! coz MS grade keep not gd you have to quit and go.. well i plan to quit next year le.. MS is really hard!!! those idiot MS!!!!!!!!!!!*&&^%^%$$"!!"££$$%%^^&***&^%$£""£$%^... service to other customers gd also seem useless!! coz they only based on MS grade.. so wats the point of service to customer.. i really dun understand!!!!!!! higher management i dunno what their mind set is lah.. to me i feel too suck with MS system.. evern u do well with other customers they can't see.. all blind people.. if not why must because of MS keep failing must get prepare to quit.. thats totally sucks to the core.. i really hate MS!!! pay for this month not tally again.. then why slide card and punch card for wat!!"£$%^^&*(()*&^%££..

today Hari Raya Haji.. I got work.. Its full shift.. I work until 10pm.. Ladies shoes approve my leave for 27 dec.. Toiletries dun allow me to clear.. Say wat block leave.. Can't take.. If i was given the leave the rest will follow me to take leave.. Rubbish!! The rest is full time staffs.. Unless they are part time staff like me lah.. I got want to clear my leave from toiletries one, during oct that time.. They dun allow mah.. Now i want clear then again can't.. Wat they want!

yesterday 2nd day at work.. still ok.. but the carpark things are making me crazy.. the car park pass is all expire.. many people before hand have not pay the money that time.. i also dunno who really haven't paid.. thousand over cars.. totally blur mode.. aiyo.. and fri the part time i have agree to help out by doing full shift, coz that dept all malay all go RO or AL.. Hari Raya Haji all malays that dept can dun need work.. why so gd? that make them not enough manpower.. so strange.. i dun think of helping to work fri for them.. its a pulic holiday.. and this full time job i still getting use.. feeling tired.. but dunno wat reason to give.. haizzzz..... still have abt 14 hour of leave.. dunno next month can take mah.. i have to clear by next month.. argh!!!!

today i start my full time job.. Its my first day.. Still able to cope.. Learning process.. 9am to 6pm.. Hope every thing will goes well and went well.. Still ok on my first day.. at 4 plus i call steve to check sat shift how, he say busy call me back later.. Wait till 6pm no reply.. So i go down to robinson.. Call steve to check.. He ask HR abt this.. And sat change to 3pm to 10pm.. Ask me able to cope with full time job n part time job.. I will try see able to cope.. Now still dunno..

Today i work mid shift.. both managers Ivy and Steve all off.. Argh!!!!!!!!! i want to apply 26 n 27 dec leave.. i still got 2 days leave haven't clear leh!!!! i even want to tell steve that i find a job le.. sat need to adjust my working timing.. the leave have to tell early.. if not i sure can't get!! die le lah.. i need to clear my leave for this year.. tml first day for full time work.. 5.30am have to wake up le.. 9am start work.. hope everything will go smoothly and fine.. pray hard.. i go join the precious moments member at jp outlet.. i like their things..

Today sat i work mid shift.. toiletries having 20%.. other dept for cardmembers having a promo.. any cardmembers buy $150 can have a 20% off.. and theres as usual got brands that are not participating.. i let Ivy know i find a full time job le.. but still will be working on weekend... Steve today off.. haven't tell him yet.. want to tell him to discuss abt the sat timing.. i need to change.. coz full time there sat i work till 1pm leh.. crush with mid shift.. so have to see how to arrange to able to work on sat.. that full time probation period i dunno can get through and do well anot.. scare.. worry... no confident.. haizzz.. die le.. i start to feel stress for myself le.. how sia.. having start work leh.. monday then start.. and now i scare and worry.. monday onwards i will be working full 7days a week.. monday to friday 9 - 6... sat 9-1 then abt 2 plus to 3 till 10 plus.. sunday 12 -8.. wah!!! dunno how long i can tahan working without enough rest.. attachment only monday till fri.. sat and sunday part time.. i already very tired le.. and now sat in full whole day work.. worst then attachment.. die le..

Today i go sign letter of appointment for the property admin job.. its at jurong east.. got 6 month probation.. dunno can get through this 6 month anot.. its working time is 5 n a half day.. monday to friday is 9am to 6pm.. sat is 9pm to 1pm.. as usual part time there i still will be working there on weekend.. today i also come safti library.. coz after today i dun have time to come in le.. sad also.. working full 7 days leh.. where got time to come.. sure will miss safti alot.. its my fav place.. today come in is rainy day.. lucky i walk in no rain.. i walk shelter area.. saw OCT at the shelter place opp the swimming pool.. happy to get a job.. sad its not a job i want and i can't come safti library le.. coz i no time.. haiz..

yesterday(19/11) last day of gala night as usual work from 6pm to 10pm.. Ice auto that stupid ocbc line jam.. Two counter only one counter can use.. Nearly an hour then recover.. That ice auto line jams, make things slow, cardmembers day leh.. line jam! Long queue coz of ocbc line jam! Kns! Some customers face not really gd coz of the long wait in the queue.. Haizzz... yesterday night first night of Gala night for cardmembers.. crowd not as expected.. Sales not really gd.. I work from 6pm to 10pm.. i find that shoes discount really not bad.. Ecco v. Seldom have 20% de.. Some brand even 20%+10%.. even got snacks n drinks for them.. Wah seh.. First time help out for gala night.. Raymond say he got budget nth to get.. Tell us if want buy things he can help charge to his card then we pay him back.. Its staff budget.. Mine used up le.. So i use his budget to buy tibits ni chocolate.. At least its cheaper then outside

today morning shift.. not much people.. today got also a very powerful customer who buy the gift card(before i go home at 6pm). she buy 26 gift card each top with $80, 11 gift card each top with $200 and 5 gift card each top with $50.. each counter only have 20 gift cards to sell.. so i suggest her to lvl 2 to buy.. coz lvl 1 other 2 counters dun have enough gift card card holder.. then i also prepare the signage for wed n thurs Gala night for cardmembers.. discount not bad wor.. wed i also got work.. 6pm to 11pm.. as Gala night start at 6.30pm to 11pm.. ya.. one more thing.. today finally know who is MRS ENGLAND!! she is a chinese wor.. i work part time there soo long i now then know who she is.. and also when she go off.. the chanel promoter tell me who she is i really got a shock.. all along i thought Mrs Englang is a Ah Mo loh.. -_-lll

14 Nov 09 a sat.. i still on part time.. still looking for full time job.. today got 20% at toiletries till tml the 15 nov.. cho cho is AL i soooo happy!!! she suck!! i dun want to see her.. a lier!! she bluff me.. (the last sat thing i will nv forget wat she did to me.. tell me go ask jason i need to say an hour anot.. then come tell me jason say i stay tell 9pm.. f***.. jason even din know i stay lah.. its Rafidah who tell me stay for an hour.. while she finish her work.. but cho cho say is jason.. when confront her she even dare to say i hear wrong.. i won't blame people for the thing they nv did de.. she did tell is jason wat.. then push away all the blame.. say i hear wrongly.. jason and Rafidah name so diff i HEARD WRONGLY!!! I can swear i heard her say is jason tell me stay one!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! ) they nv ask manager i need to stay anot.. in the end i stay tt hour i no pay one.. very cheat.. i v sian toward the dept liao.. if i change shift, stay extra hour manager need to sign the overtime paper.. if not my pay all mess up de.. change shift toiletries manager sign.. but overtime hour i can't get even the hour pay.. i help doesn't mean i free helper, dun need give pay.. i v tired towads tis dept le.. v tired.. i help but those hour i dun get.. toiletries dun ever ask me help extra hour!!!!!!!!!!!!! help then no pay.. i not free helper leh.. i face MS till i very tired and stress liao.. who know.. even i got say those 5 nn.. but not to MS on this 5NN also die.. KNS!! i know service is impt.. but MS make me very tired!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Sunday (8 nov) i working full shift coz not enough manpower.. last day of 1st 200 cardmember charge $300 can get $30 voucher and 20% cardmember day.. at night only left me and nora.. wow.. power.. stress.. scare didn't do well at closing.. monday i also working.. its afternoon shift.. not enough manpower thats why ask to work.. since i still free as still looking for full time job..and i really dun like cho cho.. sat she tell me to stay till 9pm.. say jason say de.. then when confront her.. she say is Rafidah say de.. two name soo big different.. HOW CAN I LISTEN WRONGLY!!!!!!!!!!! change so fast sia.... if i tell manager sure dun believe me de.. she know backstabe de.. so unreal! still say she no wrong.. just try to push to other people.. then she nth wrong.. i dun really like her.. voucher thingy i very angry! why every time she can count voucher.. i can't.. why sometime kanna say by her for some stupid reason.. wat a senior!!

Today is Sat (7/11).. i yesterday on friday also got go work part time as ladies shoes need staff.. so on thurs manager call and ask me can i help out on fri.. so i agree.. since i still looking for job.. i like people who respect people.. not plan le then just tell me.. so my fri shift is C shift.. since fri close on 11pm.. C shift start 3pm instead of 2pm.. so is 3pm all the way to 11pm.. got cardmember day.. 1st 100 cardmembers who spent $300 can get $30 voucher and Cardmember who spend $150 n above can go for lucky draw.. fri is also busy.. but one thing i dun like is i have to chase for the last train back to jurong.. reach home midnight le.. as for today sat i work mid shift 12 to 8pm.. afternoon many people.. buying to get the $30 voucher.. or buying toiletries at 20% discount.. i should go back at 8pm.. but cho cho tell me to work extra 1 hour,, tell me is superviors say one.. the she herself go back on time at 8.30pm! kns.. knn.. i tell her i dun want stay le.. i sunday full shift leh.. she help me do lah.. kns! i very angry! being order by her! just a senior.. not superviors! idiot she!!

tml manager ask me can work C shift (afternoon) start to 3pm to 11pm, since haven't get a job i still fre free.. so i agree to help to earn more. (Got extend 1 hour, C shift is start at 2pm end at 10pm). sat as usual mid shift.. sunday mid shift cahnge to B shift (full shift)
